There is Éowyn, daughter of Éomund, his sister.
She is fearless and high-hearted. All love her.
Let her be as lord to the Eorlingas, while we are gone.

My site originally started out as a simple personal website. Just a place to write about my family, pets, interests and to develop my web designing skills. It was called “Terri's Nook”, hence the site's web address (terrisnook.com). I've been the owner of this domain since 2004. Previous to this domain, I owned another from 2001 – 2003 and have had an active online presence since 2001. I’ve undertaken many online projects over the years from various webrings, fanlistings, a Boston Slang Dictionary and one of my largest and most successful projects that attracted radio recognition in New York, New Jersey & Atlanta, a Terri Irwin/Crocodile Hunter fansite. Not that I’m bragging or anything. Oh heck, who am I fooling? I am so bragging! LOL

Obviously, the direction & layout of my site has changed over the years. My love for the Lord of the Rings has prompt me to take my once personal website and transform it to an Eowyn Fansite. I didn’t just wake up one day and say, “I think I’ll turn my site into an Eowyn Fansite”. It was a slow progression that started with an Eowyn web layout I made intended for my personal site. More and more LOtR elements crept in while more and more of my personal content got weeded out. The current layout is only the 3rd since changing the sites direction. I had tons of layouts when it was a personal website. There is still much work to be done and sections to be completed as time permits so I feel as if the site is always a work in progress.

I’m usually known as Lady Rohan around the web but I have a few other aliases I’m known as depending on the circle I run in. My SL friends know me as Valancia and my CH fandom friends know me as webby. My real name however is Terri, and my band mates and personal friends like to call me Murf. Whatever name I may go by, I’m always just me. Those who know me well will most likely tell you I’m very grounded, easy going, adventurous and a bit of a prankster at times. I’m the type of person that has the ability to find that silver lining during any storm.

While I obviously love the writings of Tolkien... I enjoy many things. Variety is the spice of life after all no? Here is a list of the things I enjoy the most.

Website Design & Development, Graphic Design & Technology in General, Singing (fa la la la la), Music (almost all kinds), Movies (fantasy, sci-fi, drama & cheesy 80’s), performing arts, nature & hiking, critters of all kinds, jet skiing, travel, gaming, role playing, using my imagination, day dreaming.... yah so this list could go on and on. Let’s just say I’m very versatile.
